Serbia: Official music video of “In Corpore Sano” released
The official music video of the Serbian song at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, “In Corpore Sano”, has been released. The song was the winner of the Serbian selection, Pesma za Evroviziju ’22, performed by Konstrakta.
“In Corpore Sano” is performed in Serbian language. As the singer explained to Blic magazine, it would be difficult to traslate the lyrics of the song into English and keep the rhythm of the song.
The Serbian entry in Turin was created as a criticism to the Serbian goverment for the lack of free medical care to the artists and promote the health as the highest good for human beings. The song became quite popular and trended in all the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
Konstrakta will sing “In Corpore Sano” in Turin during the first half of the second semi-final,on 12th May.
