“Meet the Artists” – FYROM: Daniel Kajmakoski
Η γειτονική μας ΠΓΔΜ φέτος στέλνει στην Eurovision τον 32χρονο Daniel Kajmakoski, μιας και είναι ο νικητής του Skopje Festival 2014.
Ο Daniel γεννήθηκε στα Σκόπια, στην νεαρή όμως ηλικία των 7 ετών, μετακόμισε με την οικογένεια του στην Βιέννη της Αυστρίας.
Στις 23 Μαρτίου 2014, νίκησε το X Factor Adria (βαλκανικό show που συμμετέχουν ταλέντα από Κροατία, Βοσνία, ΠΓΔΜ και Μαυροβούνιο) και το πρώτο του single βγήκε αμέσως μετά, με τίτλο Skopje-Beograd και είναι ντουέτο με τον γνωστό και εξάιρετο Zeljko Joksimovic.
Το τραγούδι που θα τραγουδήσει ο Daniel, ονομάζεται Autumn Leaves, συνθέτες του οποίου είναι ο ίδιος μαζί τους Aleksandar Mitevski και Joacim Persson.
Στον τελικό των Σκοπίων, το τραγούδι παρουσιάστηκε στην γλώσσα τους με τον τίτλο Lisja esenski, στην Eurovision όμως θα ερμηνευτεί στα Αγγλικά.
Η ΠΓΔΜ διαγωνίζεται στον 1ο ημιτελικό στις 19 Μαίου, και η θέση εμφάνισής της είναι η 8η.
