Melodi Grand Prix 2022, the Norwegian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, ends this saturday and NRK broadcaster has announced the running order for the final show:
Oda Gondrosen: “Hammer Of Thor”
NorthKid: “Someone”
Anna-Lisa Kumoji: “Queen Bees”
Farida: “Dangerous”
Sofie Fjellvang: “Made Of Glass”
Frode: “Black Flowers”
Christian Ingebrigtsen: “Wonder Of The World”
Maria Mohn: “Fly”
Subwoolfer: “Give That Wolf A Banana”
Elsie Bay: “Death Of Us”
Oda Gondrosen, chosen in the Semi-Final 3, will open the show and Elsie Bay, one of the finalists prequalified will close it.
The running order has been chosen by the organizers thinking in several factors that have contributed to the lineup.
“The order was prepared with the aim of spreading the songs so that each artist and song stands out in the best possible way in the big picture. And in line with the options, also ensure a varied and good television broadcast
In addition, we always have technical and logistical challenges, related to changes of scenery and production that are also contributing to the choices we make. The order has already been established, but there will always be a little reservation about the changes when our plans are now tested in practice.”
Stig Karlsen
The final will be held on 19th Saturday at 19:50 CET. As the rest of the shows the venue will be the H3 Arena placed in Fornebu, near Oslo. Three voting rounds will select the Norwegian act in Turin. The first round will reduce the finalists to four, in the second round to two and finally the third round will decide the winner among both.
