Eurovision 2022: Hosts of the Press Conferences announced
With the announcement of the schedule of the press conference and rehearsals during Eurovision 2022, EBU has revealed who will be the hosts of the press conferences.
Mario Acampa, Laura Carusino and Carolina Di Domenico will do that role. They are known after to be the hosts of the Allocation Draw for the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, where Acampa replaced Gabriele Corsi after to be tested positive by Covid.
Also Mario Acampa and Laura Carusino, acompained of Cristiano Malgioglio and Gabriele Corsi, will present of the Turquoise Carpet on 8th May at the Venaria Palace.
All three have experience in the Eurovision Family of Events: Mario Acampa has been commentator of Italy at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest since 2017. Laura Carusino did the same role, but only in 2016 and 2017. Carolina Di Domenico was spokesperson at the Eurovision Song Contest.
Each press conference will have capacity up to 1500 journalists, around 500 of them on-site and 1000 with online access.
